Somehow, Bam managed to open the door to the Tower. Now, he will go any distance to see Rachel again even if it means dying. When he enters the Tower, he meets allies that will help him up the tower.

A World Built on Shinsu

The Tower is a mysterious structure that is completely enclosed and hosts many unique environments. It is permeated by an element called 'Shinsu', which has strange properties similar to magic. Shinsu is roughly translated as 'Divine Water' and varies in concentration on each floor—diffuse and inconspicuous on lower floors, but viscous and flowing like water on higher floors, requiring high Shinsu resistance to enter. Residents must form a contract with the floor's guardian to manipulate Shinsu. Shinsu can be manipulated to enhance physical abilities, create weapons, and manipulate elements. Control is measured in Bang (units of control), Myeon (size of units), and Soo (concentration). Shinsu reinforcement is a technique used to strengthen the body, commonly used by Regulars. Those strong with Shinsu have their aging slowed to the point of effective immortality. Flow control, a technique using the temporary flow of Shinsu to attack, is favored by Twenty-Fifth Bam.

Tower of God is a South Korean manhwa released as a webtoon written and illustrated by S.I.U. It has been serialized on Naver Webtoon since June 2010, with individual chapters collected into 20 volumes by Young Com as of January 2026. Official English translations by Line Webtoon began in July 2014. The series has received several mobile game adaptations and merchandise.
